We spoke to a kind person named Kayla who listened to our complaints, apologized and offered a solution to make amends for the poor experience. Overall: We understand that this is a difficult time and the restaurant is new. With that said, it is a chain and one would think that it would be off to a stronger start for this reason.

26 Οκτ 2020 · We were not given any utensils or napkins and received our appetizer to an empty table. Soup was served with spoon in it and no one to help us. Drinks took 45 min to receive and one was so bad that it couldn't be consumed. The waiter never returned to our table to inquire how everything was.
