It's the last patch on the page. Simply download, extract and follow the install instructions. You would install this in your Civil War Generals 2 game folder.

Run it in Windows XP Service Pack 2 Compatibility Mode (right click on the CWG2.exe and say Properties - Compatibility) If it doesn’t work right off, there’s a couple things you can try: Move the entire game folder to the location C:\CWG2 (I did this, but not 100% sure if it helped or not)
