Complete a paper application by downloading and printing from here. The completed paper application can be mailed to ACCESS Central Mail Center, P.O. Box 1770, Ocala, FL, 34478-1770, or it can be faxed or hand-delivered to a customer service center; Applying for public assistance benefits is free.
SNAP provides nutritional support for low-income seniors, people with disabilities living on fixed incomes, and other individuals and families with low incomes. SNAP is a federal program administered by the Florida Department of Children and Families Office of Economic Self-Sufficiency (ESS).
An Application for Assistance may be submitted to any Department of Children and Families Economic Self-Sufficiency Services office in the State of Florida by you, or by someone acting for you, in person, by mail, by facsimile (FAX), or electronically through the internet.
