Clay Fritz – Fritz Underground Winery. In the late 1970s our winemaking facility was built into the side of a picturesque hill atop the northernmost region of the famed Dry Creek Valley.
Built in 1979 into the hillside in Dry Creek Valley, our vision was to harness natural efficiencies and unique attributes of a subterranean winery, including cool temperatures. Open Thursday-Sunday 10:30am to 4:30pm, except some major holidays. Includes Cave tours! Reservations encouraged but not required. Picnics welcome!
