When I try to activate the app it says I have no plan purchased. On the web I try to manage my subscription and it says I have one-year and one device to install on, but it's impossible to activate the app on my device.

I honestly don't believe any general cleaning software for mac is worth it if paid. Even the free versions are a waste of time. Macs are designed with optimization and ease of use in mind, not to mention the near impossible chances of getting your mac infected with a virus.
