Repeatable events. Repeatable events listed here are tasks, often Achievement Diary rewards, that can be repeated periodically for experience, coins, or item reward.
If you straight up focus it for like 4 hours a day, you could easily knock it out in 3-4 weeks. As for 86 combat, that kind of depends on your build. The 3 hardest quests are preferably done with range for 2 and mage for the other. I’d suggest at least level 75, preferably 80+ in both before attempting them.

If you do like 5-6 quests a day for a awhile then slowly do less and less as quests get longer you'll have it in no time.
Immediately start Fairytale II - Cure a Queen and progress until you unlock the fairy ring network (see that quest's guide), and leave the rest of the quest for later. Unlocking this greatly improves mobility around the world, and gives access to several Achievement Diary tasks.
Climbing boots are used in the Death Plateau, Troll Stronghold, Eadgar's Ruse, and Troll Romance quests, and are used for an elite Treasure Trails clue. They can be taken to the blacksmith in Burthorpe to produce Spiked boots.
