16 Απρ 2018 · When I had a class A I had fuses under the hood and also above my left foot. There should be a relay near the batteries that the switch controls. Follow the positive cable and you should find it.
17 Σεπ 2024 · If your RV batteries are dying and you are convinced it’s not due to usage, then you should turn your attention to the state of the batteries themselves. Testing with a multimeter or hooking up a battery monitor will give you a better understanding of their current charge level and performance.
16 Σεπ 2023 · After having my batteries die, in storage, more times than I want to admit I’ve decided to get a disconnect switch for the chassis and house batteries and a trickle charger to recharge them. I have 2-12v (putting out 12v) chassis and 4-6v (putting out 12v) house batteries.
26 Μαΐ 2021 · The solution to all of these dead battery situations is to find a nice person who will jump your start battery like you would jump a car battery. Or call your Roadside service organization and have them come out and help you.
20 Μαΐ 2021 · Both of my batteries died on my Class C RV in less than a week. Wonder if any of you might know why they would die so quickly? I may have left the auxiliary switch on, but this seems very fast. I mean completely dead, even headlight showed no hope. The main battery was old, so I purchased a new one.
27 Απρ 2017 · We found this vintage and still operational (1970's or possibly 1980's) Coachmen motorhome sitting in a storage yard in southern Alberta. It was clearly in great overall condition and probably ready to hit the road again this summer.
At first, I thought it was when the battery can no longer power anything and would be reading about 10 or 11 volts, but that would be a dead battery and is very bad for any battery. It can be very difficult for a battery to recover from this level of discharge.
