26 Απρ 2023 · Place all the ingredients except the coconut oil into the blender basin. Blend the smoothie, and open the lid and slowly add the melted coconut oil into the smoothie. If you’re using liquid coconut oil, you do not need to do this step. Pour the smoothie into a glass and drink immediately.

1 small banana, frozen. 3/4 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen. 1 teaspoon raw extra virgin coconut oil. 1 serving high-quality vanilla protein powder (optional, I use USANA Nutrimeal Free*) big handful of ice. 14 Δεκ 2020 · Instructions. Freeze coconut milk in an ice cube tray. Remove frozen coconut cubes and set aside. Place frozen cubes, coconut cream and maple syrup into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Top with walnuts, chocolate chips, coconut flakes and blueberries. Recipe Video.
