When we were in Paris in October, 2014 we visited a shop called Juhles at 54-58 rue du Faubourg St Denis. It is actually 3 connected stores next to each other. They had a huge selection of cognacs as well liqueurs, wines, gourmet food and cheeses, etc. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.
