The RiverWalk is an outdoor 15-mile linear park that hugs the banks of the Chattahoochee River. For centuries, the Chattahoochee River has flowed from the mountains of North Georgia to the oyster beds of the Florida Panhandle.
Phases IV and V included the northern section of the Riverwalk from TSYS campus to Bibb Mill, on to Lake Oliver. A twenty-two mile linear park that provides an asphalt trail with restrooms and access for all persons from the sports minded hiker or cyclist to the perfect spot for fishing.
A scenic pathway that is very nice and a must see while in Columbus. You can bike or walk/run. It's a very long stretch so you can make it a short or long stretch. Best hotels along the walk are the Hotel Indigo (a little more "central") and City Mills hotel (this one is on the farther end).

These maps support the vast network of off-road greenway trails that make up the Dragonfly Trails network. The current 32 miles of trails include the RiverWalk, Fall Line Trace, MLK Jr. Trail, and a 1.5-mile connector to be completed in the Fall of 2022.
