David Guzik commentary on Isaiah 24 describes the scene of God’s judgment and the reason for it, and the character of God’s judgment.
Here in Isaiah 24-27 we see a collection of prophecies that are heavily eschatological, though lacking the symbolic figures you see in Daniel and Revelation (also called "The Apocalypse"). These prophecies seem to be a mixture of poems and songs, "rather like a cantata."
For example, Isaiah 24:10 states that "the waste city is broken down"; and in Revelation 16:19, the Lord revealed that in the near conjunction with the final judgment, "the cities of the Gentiles fell." Also, "The earth shall stagger like a drunken man" and is "shaken violently" (Isaiah 24:19-20).
