It’s important to call us immediately on 13 2221 if: You see any suspicious activity on your account. A card, cheque, mobile phone or other payment device is lost or stolen. Your PIN number, password or any other banking codes have become known to someone else.

If you get an unexpected call from CommBank you can use CallerCheck to ask us to send you a security message to your CommBank app to verify it’s us.

Scammers pretend to be from organisations you know and trust – like myGov, your bank, the police or government. If you’re not sure, call the official phone number of the organisation to check. REPORT. The more we talk, the less power they have. Report scams to us when you see them.
If you think you’ve been targeted by an investment scam, report it to the FCA ScamSmart website. If you’ve been targeted, even if you’re not a victim of it, you can report it to Action Fraud. Call 0300 123 2040 or use the online reporting tool on Action Fraud website.
