After you obtain the Oregon Concealed Handgun License, you will be able to carry a firearm in 23 states including Oregon. To obtain the Oregon CHL you must: Apply at the sheriff's office in the county you reside in. Complete the required training (this online class). Pay the permit fee to the sheriff's office.
