6 Ιαν 2020 · This tutorial will show you how to add Advanced User Accounts ("netplwiz" or "control userpasswords2") to the Control Panel for all users to open it from in Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 10. You must be signed in as an administrator to add or remove Advanced User Accounts for the Control Panel.
Another hint into creating or editing, is instead using CMD and you want an user interface to do the things, run "control userpasswords2" and add an user. I reset the account using the "Advanced Options" button and Right-Clicking the trouble user and "Reset Password".

The latter command is available on Windows Pro Editions and higher.

This is really an old school command which is also available since Windows 2000 but still works in all modern Windows versions! Alternatively, you can use the following command: netplwiz. It will do the same. The User Accounts window will appear on the screen.
