If your county is Cook County (including Chicago), or you tested through the Illinois Department of Corrections after December 31, 2013, contact the Cook County High School Equivalency Records Office.
You must contact the Regional Office of Education for the county in which you tested in to request your transcripts or certificates. Cook County residents should contact the Cook County High School Equivalency Records Office at iccb.CookHSE@illinois.gov or by calling 1-312-814-4488.
HSE Candidates who tested on paper-and-pencil in a Cook County GED testing center from 1942 to December 31, 2013, and Cook County residents who tested for GED, HiSET, or TASC on computer after October 1, 2012 will find their record on file with the Cook County HSE Records office.

21 Μαρ 2022 · To find out, look up your state’s GED policy page and look for their procedures. Keep in mind that even if sent in email form, this is your official diploma and transcript. Download and save these documents immediately once you receive them.
ROE #21 has a GED testing site, and it is through our office that you receive your GED transcript and Illinois High School Diploma when you have passed the test. You must be registered with GED as a resident of Franklin, Johnson, Massac, or Williamson County for us to be able to provide your transcript or certificate.
