However, they will be locked (i.e., cannot be opened or copied), as well as set so that they are automatically deleted when the lock is released (i.e., when the tab with the video is closed).

I searched online to find the folder location that stores temporary/cached files in Chrome browser. The files used to be stored at C:\Users\<user-name>\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Code Cache\ or something similar but Chrome doesn't store it there anymore.
