If you need to schedule an exam, please call the Independent Doctor of Optometry directly or call your local Costco Warehouse, select the Optical Department when prompted, and your call will be transferred to the Independent Doctor of Optometry's office.
You easily make an appointment in person or by calling the office. The contact exams are $109 and the glasses exam are $69. That is their amazing Costco membership price. Once given your glasses prescription, you can order glasses in the eyewear department or take your prescription and order elsewhere but I always get my glasses at Costco.

Eye exam/fitting for contact lens is still a great deal ($90 here and $230 at the Jules Stein) and they give you a pair free as part of the exam."
