1 Ιαν 2007 · After the expiration of the 5 day approval period, the prevailing party must promptly transmit the proposed order to the court, together with a summary of any responses, or a statement that no responses were received. CRC 3.1312(b) (amended eff 1/1/11). If the prevailing party fails to prepare and submit a proposed order, any other party may do so.
