In my opinion hades gear is better than the older gear, since it gives a truck load of crit for pve (with crit boots crit pet and heroic torc vengeance, any school can get 100% crit). The hades wand is easily farmable from cronus imo (only farmed a little, but seems to drop quickly).
Bingo allows players to craft any piece of new gear, including new and rare jewels like Pierce Jewels, damage jewels, and health jewels. There is a badge lock on every recipe at Bingo, requiring players to defeat certain bosses multiple times to unlock these recipes.

The Malistare gear is much better, so I suggest skipping Tartarus and go straight to Darkmoor at 100. Probably not. The dungeon is kind of long in and of itself, and it may take even longer before you find a group doing a full run instead of just fighting Cronus at the beginning and leaving.
