The RESA concept was enacted into law by the Georgia Quality Basic Education Act of 1985 (QBE). There are 16 RESA’s serving the school systems across the state. CSRA RESA is homebased in Dearing, Georgia on Highway 78 in the historic Dearing Elementary School building.

Savannah's City Hall was documented for the Historic American Buildings Survey (HABS) circa 1981. The Savannah City Hall HABS Collection ( HABS, GA, 26-SAV, 61) is preserved by the Library of Congress and includes 42 black and white photographs, 12 data pages, and 1 photo caption page.
Savannah City Hall. The City of Savannah has occupied four seats of municipal government since its incorporation in December 1789. The first, from 1790 through 1812, was the abandoned filature on Reynolds Square, on the northeast corner of Abercorn and E. St. Julian Streets.

20 Δεκ 2018 · The area consists of both urban and rural counties with the city of Augusta and Richmond and Columbia counties being predominantly urban. The fortunes of the Augusta urban area tie closely to the fortunes of both the CSRA rural counties and the urban area in South Carolina. According to U.S. 2010 Census, the CSRA had a population of 454,901.
