3 Απρ 2024 · #1. Hi Guys, I just wanted to do a quick post on the CSS Audio Criton 1TD-X. I visited the CSS facility here in Michigan this week, Kerry and Dan are great guys and I was able to listen to a range of their speakers using whatever tracks I wanted to hear using Tidal.
This is my review of the Criton 1TD-X speaker kit from Creative Sound Solutions, including in-room measurements and comparisons with Bowers & Wilkins 705S2 and the Klipsch Heresy IV. Please don’t hesitate to send me an email if you have questions that are not answered in my review.
26 Δεκ 2018 · I emailed CSS and they were quick to respond and very thorough in their response. Here's what they told me and some additional info from my experience of this build: They said the bottom or back of the cabinet is where the crossover should go, just keep the inductors away from the woofer magnet.
27 Δεκ 2018 · In our opinion, the upgrade provided a bigger, more spacious sound stage with better instrument separation. It made everything, especially vocals, sound more lush and engaging. We did some testing with a local audio group a few weeks ago and they came away with basically the same conclusion.
