What I want is that the "Red box" stay on top of the page in a z-index 2, while the all the content on the background stay on index 1 but somehow this code is "collapsing" the layers. If someone can help me I really appreciate it.

  3. 7 Μαΐ 2022 · I corrected the z-index attributes by giving the tooltip z-index;3; the active tab z-index: 2; and every other element z-index:1;. I also gave the tooltiptext a custom tiptext class when it’s being hovered over so it wasn’t invading the tooltip when it was active.
