Now the pizza.....It arrived piping hot and was unceremoniously dumped on a pizza stand. No plates, no pizza server, no napkins, nothing. At first, it looked ok. But the crust was burnt on the bottom and soggy on the top. This is not a wood-fired brick oven pizza. This was cooked in an electronic oven in the back.
