I have a program called cucusoft that takes dvd and copies my dvds onto my computer but some new dvds I've bought say that can't download certain movies because they have macrovision. How do I fix this problem?
4 Αυγ 2007 · I've recently downloaded the cucusoft mpeg/avi to dvd mpeg converter pro and now after I've converted the video file, it won't burn. I get a message saying there is no available dvd burner. It was working fine when I had the trial version.
26 Νοε 2007 · I have Cucusoft Convert Dvds and Videos to Ipod videos. I am having a problem with the fact that as soon as the conversion process startes, the program shuts off. why!!!???
26 Δεκ 2008 · Uninstall all the programs you installed from cucusoft's website and uninstall cucusoft. Restart the computer, reinstall cucusoft, install the k-lite codec pack (standard version with ffdshow) and see how it goes. The codecs available on cucusoft's codec page are all outdated.

22 Ιαν 2006 · I've tried to adjust all the settings on the Cucusoft programs (I bought the two) and nothing happens - the software just doesn't recognise DVDs on a laptop running Windows XP. It takes nearly a week to get an answer from customer support.
identify the mpeg file characteristics to Easy VCD Creator. All I can suggest is that you remove whatever software installed the new MCI driver and try again. You should also request a fix from the manufacturer of the software which caused the problem
