To be eligible for SEEK, you must: be a legal resident of New York State for at least one year prior to entering college; be a high school graduate or recipient of a state-approved equivalency diploma; be inadmissible according to the admissions criteria established for the CUNY four-year college you want to attend;
you would like to submit a personal statement and/or letters of recommendation, you may do so by mailing the documents to CUNY/UAPC. Please note that some colleges require an essay/personal statement; please visit www.cuny.edu/supplemental for more information.
13 Νοε 2019 · If you are applying to any CUNY 4-Year Colleges (e.g. Lehman, John Jay, City, Baruch, Hunter, Queens, Brooklyn), then you will need to complete the Supplemental Information section including Recommendation Letters, Extracurricular Activities, and Supporting Materials (which includes your College Essay).
Application Process To apply and be admitted to the SEEK Program, students must. complete the online CUNY application; prospective provide the required documents needed to determine economic eligibility for SEEK; and successfully complete the mandatory Summer Program.

Applicant must meet the following Admission Guidelines to be considered for SEEK: Be a citizen or have permanent residence status. Be a New York State resident. Have a high school diploma or GED. Be a first-time college student. Meet the minimum requirements to be admitted to an Associate Degree Program.
