Oral isotretinoin comes in 5mg, 10mg or 20mg capsules. Your dermatology team will work out what dose (how many capsules) you should take. The dose may be increased depending on if your acne is improving and if you have any side-effects.

Absorica® and Accutane®: The dose is usually 0.5 to 1 milligram (mg) per kilogram (kg) of body weight per day, taken as 2 divided doses for 15 to 20 weeks.
The usual starting dose is 0.5mg per kilogram body weight per day (0.5 mg/kg/day). So if you weigh 60kg, your dose will usually start at 30mg a day. Usually, you take isotretinoin capsules once or twice a day. Changes to your dose. After a few weeks, your doctor may change your dose of isotretinoin capsules.
