1 Δεκ 2022 · In recent years, there has been increased interest in the clinical utility of testosterone supplementation in older men. However, large, long-term studies have not been performed to figure out whether testosterone treatment actually helps with such conditions.
Isotretinoin comes as 10mg or 20mg soft capsules. The dose of isotretinoin capsules varies from person to person, and depends on your body weight. The usual starting dose is 0.5mg per kilogram body weight per day (0.5 mg/kg/day). So if you weigh 60kg, your dose will usually start at 30mg a day.
The dosage is based on your medical condition, weight, and response to treatment. Your acne may worsen during the first few days of taking this drug, and it may take up to 1-2 months before you notice the full benefit of this medication.
