20 Νοε 2024 · CURL error code 18 continually happens. I’ve now unistalled and reinstalled fiveM AND GTA5 and I can’t get rid of this error. please help. I’ve tried everything on youtube and suggested by my system admin from the server and nothing happens.

23 Μαρ 2023 · CURL errors are usually from networking issues. Can either be from the server host or from your own Internet connection/pc, not from FiveM/FXServer directly. To troubleshoot this issue, you can start by checking if you are able to connect to other servers (such as our test server ).
Here's two fixes that worked for me: Using a VPN, Proton VPN is a free VPN you can at least try to see if this will fix it. clearing your cache will wipe any resources and assets downloaded from any servers, so entering any previous ones may take a little longer to load back in. hope these help.
Last time I looked up that curl 18 stuff, it sounded like it might have had something to do with VPN stuff or country of origin. meh sorry I wish I had a fix or could you point you in the right location.
