Curl Coach is unique in its approach to charting. It starts by capturing what happens on the ice, and then at the shot details. This means that how you chart with Curl Coach is different - by design - than other curling apps.
In curling you score one point for each stone you have closer to the target area than your opponents’ closest stone. This means the better-performing team can score anywhere from 1 to 8 points in a round. The team without the closest stone always scores 0 points.
Only "stones" that are in the "house" are considered in the scoring. A "stone" is in the "house" if it lies within the "twelve foot" (3.7 m) zone or any portion of its edge lies over the edge of the ring.
10 Μαρ 2024 · Score 1 point for the stone closest to the center of the button. Score 1 additional point for each stone that is closer to the center of the button than the opponent's closest stone. Play 8-10 ends in a full curling match. The team with the most points wins the match.
