The Quebec Family History Society is the largest English-language genealogical society in Quebec, Canada, encouraging the study of family history in Canada, British Isles, France, Europe & the U.S.
Location: 173C Cartier Ave. #103, Pointe Claire, Quebec. H9S 4R9. The Quebec Family History Society was founded August 1, 1977 to encourage the study of genealogy in Quebec and around the world. We are registered Canadian charity that helps people of all backgrounds research their family history.

A good resource to quickly see if your family may have been Quakers; Charles Pease’s PDFs is a good place to search some of the ‘dynastic’ Quaker families such as Lloyd, Barclay, Cadbury, Fry, Rowntree, Pease, &c.

One precious legacy of QFHS is the past copies of our magazine Quaker Connections. Not only have all the past copies been digitalised but work is in hand to provide online digital searchable indexes of them in various forms such as Content, Surname and Subject. The QFHS website is being updated.
