Juror login information (juror number and password) is located on the summons sent by mail to each juror. If you have any questions or problems regarding your juror login, or jury duty in general, please visit the jury duty page.
While jury duty is a civic requirement for all eligible citizens in Ohio, there are a number of excuses that can be used to legally get out of being required to report for jury selection or jury duty, or receive a deferral.
For further information about jury service please visit cp.cuyahogacounty.us/internet/JuryDuty.aspx. Length of Service. The Cleveland Municipal Court utilizes the Cuyahoga County Jury Commission system for jury management. They summons our jurors based on trials scheduled for the month.

Complete the juror questionnaire on the back of the summons and return it within seven to ten days. Please follow the instructions before reporting by calling in to see if you have to serve. If so, be sure to keep the bottom portion of your summons that contains your date of service, juror number and pool sequence number.
