The Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) provides financial oversight, funding, and regional transit planning for the three public transit operations in Northeastern Illinois: The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), Metra and Pace Suburban bus. The RTA provides customer services including travel training for people with disabilities.
