Jonny Quest Versus the Cyber Insects is the second and final television film based upon the Jonny Quest series. It premiered on November 19, 1995 on TNT. Dr. Zin bio-engineers an army of insects and disrupts the weather patterns of the Earth to become supreme emperor.
