The VPT action with MTR trigger & bbl is in the MTR stock, and though it looks & shoots just fine, will probably go up for sale. I don't find myself shooting it much, with the V22s & two 457s with Shilen bbls.

13 Οκτ 2022 · 1, I have been blessed to have owned 3 exceptional CZ’s, a 452 trainer, 457 American, and a 457 MTR Varmint. While all were excellent, and averaged below MOA group sizes with the right ammo, the MTR shoots the best and the most consistently. 2, I have only shot 3 MTRs, but they all shot equally well.

9 Σεπ 2021 · I love how CZ pretty much put all of the basic features right there in the name, “CZ 457 Varmint Precision Chassis MTR”. That MTR stands for “Match Target Rifle”. For this series of rimfires, it means a very tight chamber, with minimal tolerances and a short headspace.
