You need to launch the game with sksevr_loader.exe. If you are using MO2, that should be selected from MO2 program launcher. Yesterday I put the video on the VRIK Nexus page so you can find it there. The main thing to do is to find and select the VRIK community bindings for Index. The bindings will make SteamVR send a bit more data to Skyrim about touch inputs and how open or closed the hands are, and VRIK uses that to create hand animation.
