  1. 13 Δεκ 2009 · In my search for a suitable DSLR, I have narrowed the options down to two SLRS (the T1i or the D5000). After reading many reviews, It seems that the D5000 has a lower noise sensor, so I am leaning towards it.

  2. 9 Ιουν 2009 · While these cameras may not garner the low-noise power of their $3000 counterparts (the Canon 5D Mark II and Nikon D700), the apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree in this case. In terms of overall image quality and noise suppression, the Canon Rebel T1i and Nikon D5000 are two of the best bang-for-buck cameras on the market today.

  3. Canon EOS Rebel T1i has an ISO range that stretches from 100 to 12800 while Nikon D5000 has 200 to 6400. Autofocus and lens compatibility. There is a big difference between these two cameras. Canon EOS Rebel T1i has a built-in autofocus motor but Nikon D5000 does not.

  4. 19 Νοε 2009 · Good info and comparisons in this thread. Thinking about grabbing a D5000, D90, or T1i within the next week or so. I keep wondering about the DXO Mark scores and several reviews saying the D90 and D5000 are better at high ISO than the T1i...when I download sample studio shots at ISO-1600 and 3200 I can't see it.

  5. 11 Μαΐ 2009 · The Nikon D5000 features ISO 100-6400 range, while the Canon Rebel T1i covers a range of ISO 100-12800 for an extra stop on the high end. Both of these numbers reflect the ISO expansion features.

  6. 29 Απρ 2009 · Nikon's D5000 and Canon's Rebel T1i are the two hottest sub-$1000 cameras ever created. But which one is hotter? The specs and shots below say plenty—but.

  7. 20 Ιουν 2010 · Can anyone give me insight on the difference in quality on the 18-55 kit lens that each manufacturer is including with the cameras? I am mainly concerned about image quality and it appears that the sales people do not have an opinion regarding this subject.
