Cases heard by the Circuit Court for the City of Danville are filed and the records maintained in this office. This includes civil and criminal filings. Case files are open to the public with the exception of Adoption files, certain Juvenile files and files sealed by order of the Court.

The circuit court case information displayed on this System is case information entered by the respective circuit court clerks into the Circuit Case Management System (“CCMS”). By law, the circuit clerks are the custodians of the records.
