Mui Ca Mau, or also known as Dat Mui, is Vietnam's most southern geographical point. Many Vietnamese tourists visit that place to see the monument at the cape or the nearby mangrove forests. If you happen to be in the city of Ca Mau you can easily do a daytrip to Dat Mui by boat.

Ca Mau is 350 kilometers from HCMC. To reach the Mekong Delta province, tourists can either go by air or road.

Now, from Ca Mau city, there is a paved road more than 100 km to Ngoc Hien district, Dat Mui commune and the place of Mui hamlet.
