I also saw a few keeper cod, a few fluke, conger eels, a few snapper blues, a few small blackfish & bergals. The boat provided clams for bait-more a few more choices of your own when you go. We would go out on the Dauntless again-probably late Oct for sea bass. Read more.
Directions. FROM NORTH: Garden State Parkway to Exit 98 onto Route 34 South. Follow Route 35 South and cross the Manasquan River Bridge. After crossing the bridge, go through the first light and pass the Exxon Station make your first left directly after the Dunkin Donuts/ Baskin Robbins.
I went fishing on the Dauntless in Aug of 2015. I had a great time on the trip, The captain and crew were first class all the way. I caught many fish, sea bass, ling, , conger eels(ugly) and a keeper flounder. I would definitely recommend this boat and will fish with them again. The boat was also very clean!
