Once the form has been completed by your supervisor, the Student Support and Wellbeing Services will then be able to initiate an application for you. You will be emailed instructions on how to log in to the online service and complete the application. For more information, please see our guidance.
After logging in to your DBS application online, you will be required to answer a simple questionnaire regarding your current address and ID documents. This will determine how your ID check will be carried out.
