Barb will do two attacks at. 36, 34. Comparable ranger will do 35,35,34,34,34,34 ( you can add one more 34 for a hasted strike and a 33 for a companion attack). Both fighter and ranger can chose for an extra die of prevision damage from rogue milticlass. That will leave the barb outgunned.
Compared to the martial equivalent, the Starknife, you're losing deadly d6 and versatile S for an increased die size, which is a pretty good trade. This weapon is perfect for switch hitting thrown weapon builds, and is compatible with Gleaming Blade which also works with thrown weapon attacks.
Player Builds. The " Most Deadly " Fighter (As a Flurry Ranger its also good), Warrior-Inquisitor/Doom-Slayer build. Start as a LG, NG, CG or N, follower of Atreia > have a Wisdom of 14+ by level 2. A 18 Strength based Fighter at level 1 (going Double slice > agile grace > so on) is ideal, imho.
31 Ιαν 2021 · These rules are meant to fit in with the balance of the system and make it so firearms can be used alongside traditional fantasy weapons. I recognize that modern guns, depending on caliber, are much more deadly than a dagger or a longbow.
