18 Οκτ 2008 · Equipment for NorthrendI love your equipment list but it only goes up to level 70, so I thought I would add a bit based on my experience leveling my DK in Northrend. A lot of the quest gear is not too bad, but at level 70 you can get Cobalt Armor pieces for every slot.

19 Ιουλ 2022 · You won’t need specific tank gear to get through leveling dungeons. Cold Weather Flying = 1000 gold. Trainable at level 77 and needed for Storm Peaks and Icecrown zones. You’ll earn the gold needed while leveling in Northrend. Immediately Transfer to Death Knight ~1500-2000 gold.
22 Απρ 2008 · I'm going for the polearm, even if it is the lesser of the quest rewards. My axe skill is horrid, and the weapon will get replaced at 70 anyways. Icier barbed spear is too good a model to pass up IMO, can keep it for showing off later =)
23 Ιουλ 2016 · If you don't have northrend flying yet you can get onto the ships by talking to Sky-Reaver Klum (if you're horde) or to Officer Van Rossem (if you're alliance) take the quest and just talk to them again they'll fly you to the ship.
The last time I leveled a DK on a [Redacted], the starter gear lasted until northrend at 68, at which point quest greens/blues replace everything very fast. While leveling as blood, just keep an eye out for strength, armor penetration, and crit (in that order, too).
5 Αυγ 2022 · Players who want to try their hand at tanking with their new death knights during the WotLK Classic pre-patch or the early stages of Northrend leveling should consider having some tanking gear for them at level 70.
