DeCal. About The DeCal Program. The DeCal Program (or just DeCal) is an aggregate of student-run courses at the University of California, Berkeley – here, students create and facilitate their own classes on a variety of subjects, many of which are not addressed in the traditional curriculum.

Login into the DeCal Website. Click on 'Dashboard' on the upper right hand corner of the website. Click on the yellow 'Submit a Course for Approval' button. Follow the steps until completion of form. After submission, you should receive a confirmation email.

To sign in directly as a SPA, enter the SPA name, "+", and your CalNet ID into the CalNet ID field (e.g., “ spa-mydept+mycalnetid ”), then enter your passphrase. To view and manage your SPAs, log into the Special Purpose Accounts application with your personal credentials.
