NDecrypt 0.2.5. This release is mainly centered around AppVeyor integration and broader default platform support. License has been correctly set to MIT instead of the "whatever" mentioned before. Build targets for Windows x86, Windows x64, Linux x64, and OSX x64 have been added for packaging.
