Quests are a major part of Deepwoken. They are a significant means of progression, rewarding essential Talents , EXP, or items upon completion. Most quests require killing enemies or obtaining certain items while some simply require talking to an NPC .

Jobs are repeatable quests offered by certain factions, accessed via Job Boards found in populated territories. Upon completion, Jobs will reward event EXP, a Chest, and a substantial amount of positive reputation towards the corresponding faction.
