Just Over 2 Months on Kit 5. This Stuff Works. 5'11" male, started the journey on March 19 right around 310 pounds, and when I weighed myself on Wednesday (May 22), I had hit 285, so I've dropped 25 pounds so far.
That wraps up my first month on Kit 1! Unless something substantial happens, I only plan to update at the end of each month moving forward. I firmly believe that community plays a huge role in a successful healthy lifestyle change so I plan to remain as active as time allows on this subreddit page.
