Maya Island Air offers 11 daily flights from Belize City and 3 from Corozal to San Pedro on Ambergris Caye. A major attraction of Ambergirs Caye is the Hol Chan Marine Reserve, an environmentally protected area located south of the island. The park encompasses both land and sea and the shallow waters makes it a perfect place for snorkeling.

We have only done that once but were pleased with Tropic to San Pedro from BZE and back to BZE from Caye Caulker. Last November we were also pleased with Maya Island Air from BZE to Dangriga and back so just go with the best connection and price you get.

I believe Tropic is headquartered in San Pedro and is definitely the airline of SP; Maya Island for flights to the south. Tropic has the better web site and I always check it for fares. Both airlines schedule flights in and out of the international airport to service the international flights.
20 Ιαν 2016 · There are two airlines that fly from BZE to San Pedro’s airport (SPR): Maya Island Air and Tropic Air. My first time to San Pedro, we flew Maya Island Air and for the two of us roundtrip it cost us $315.02 including all taxes and fees.
