You can quickly delete multiple emails from a folder and still keep your unread or important emails for later. To select and delete consecutive emails, in the message list, click the first email, press and hold the Shift key, click the last email, and then press the Delete key.
18 Νοε 2023 · To delete a message from an Inbox in Windows 10 Mail App, I have to 1) delete it from the Inbox, 2) go to Deleted items folder, click on "refresh" icon or press F9 (if needed) and 3) deleted again from there.
I have setup my gmail account in Windows 10's standard mail app. I would like to make it so when I delete, read, or otherwise modify an email in the Windows 10 client, for that to show across all my other email reading devices.
