For me, the "Receive Window Auto-Tuning Level" was set to disabled. 4. To enable it, enter this command -> netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal. 5.
Here are my results: turn off "allow downloads from other PCs. xbox app downlaod speed went from 1mbps to 10mbls. use microsoft store to download the same game, average of 50mbps. It definitely help to turn the option OFF, but the download speed of the two app is incomparable! Reply reply.
