16 Νοε 2009 · Are there any available for 64-bit Windows 7? I can't print and I'm not sure if this is the problem. The only drivers I could find online were for Windows 2000/Vista/XP, and 32-bit at that.
Restart your computer. Then download the vista drivers and install them in the compatibility mode. If you have Windows 7 32-bit, then download the Vista 32-bit drivers. If you have Windows 7 64-bit, then download the Vista 64-bit drivers.
I recently installed Windows 7. I cannot get my Dell 720 printer to print. The computer reconizes it, but when I hit print it will not send it at all or an error 0x00000006 comes up.
You can also get the Dell 720 printer to work in Windows 7 using the Vista Drivers but MUST use the proper driver 32 bit or 64 bit for your version of Windows 7. This might be a alternative for some users who's computers don't support XP compatability mode in Windows 7.
